Preorders

Some items in our store may be offered as preorders. When you purchase a preorder item, you are reserving your product before it is available to ship.

Payment is collected in full at the time your preorder is placed. Your order will ship on or around the estimated shipping date listed on the product page. While we do our best to meet estimated shipping dates, delays may occasionally occur.

Canceling a Preorder

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund before production begins.

Once production has started, preorder cancellations are no longer available because your item has been made specifically for your order.

If your preorder has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for information about eligible exchanges and refunds.
