Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. 🤍

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind or general preference.

Size Exchanges

If your Flare Day Uniform doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to help with a size exchange.

To be eligible:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• The shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will ship the replacement size once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Your order & name 
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund when appropriate.

Preorders

Preorders may be canceled for a full refund before production begins.

Once production has started, preorder cancellations are no longer available.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
