Every order means so much to us, and we’re committed to getting your items to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Times

Preorder Items

Our Flare Day Uniform is currently available for preorder.

Orders are expected to ship on or around August 10, 2026. If your order is ready sooner, we’ll ship it as soon as possible.

If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll keep you updated by email.

In-Stock Items

Once we begin offering in-stock products, most orders will be processed within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet our estimated shipping timelines, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. Spoon & Salt Co. is not responsible for delays caused by UPS or other shipping carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at spoonsaltco@gmail.com. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
